Design works

By delivering architecture and technical design projects to our manufacturing clients we implement the extensive knowledge of modular and prefabricated projects delivered to-date.

In 2024 we have established a sister company SIA "NH engineering" to further specialize in providing design works to clients interested in modular technology.

​

We work on terms of "follow the architects vision" throughout the process and adjust the vision only by offsetting it against significant costs decrease and efficiency increase.

Our scope of works is divided into three steps: 

​

1. Consulting the client and re-design of the architecture based on the modular technology. Main target is to improve the efficiencies and lower costs.

​

2. Full structural and architectural design package including:

a) 3D modeling incl. structural buildups and calculation

b) Electricity, water, ventilation, sewage, heating system design

c) finishing details, section drawings etc.

​

3. Production drawings for timber frame, mass timber and metal elements in a 3D environment based on "digital twin" methodology.
